The National Museum in Oslo is located on the Aker Brygge harbour promenade in the centre of the city. At the museum, you can see the great Norwegian works: the Baldishol Tapestry, Edvard Munch's The Scream or Gaudernack's enamel, not to mention the fairytale universes of Theodor Kittelsen and Gerhard Munthe. The great Norwegian artists now live a life of their own in the museum shop's souvenirs.
